Velkommen til Aunfoss Koblingsstasjon

 

  • Her informeres det om de ordens- og verneregler som gjelder ved bygg/anleggsplassen.
  • Dette skal være en sikker og trygg anleggsplass, der alle tenker på sikkerhet både for seg selv og andre. Alle skal bidra til å hindre ulykker og helseskader, samt bidra til et sunt og trygt arbeidsmiljø.

HMS Aunfoss Koblingsstasjon

HMS-senter for byggeplassen er i arbeidsbrakke utenfor bygget. Her finnes HMS-tavle med sentrale opplysninger. Denne oppdateres av Byggherre og alle er forpliktet til å sette seg inn i og følge det som beskrevet på tavla. Her finnes også terminal for registrering, førstehjelpsutstyr og hjertestarter. I tillegg til aktuelle lover og forskrifter gjelder følgende regler ved denne anleggsplassen:

  • Alle som oppholder seg på anlegget skal være elektronisk registret inn via anleggsterminal. Dette gjøres via kortleser med HMS-kort eller med app på tlf.
  • Parkering kun på anviste plasser ihht. riggplan. Vi rygger inn! Unntak ved lasting og lossing av verktøy og utstyr.
  • Det skal brukes personlig verneutstyr tilpasset det til enhver tid pågående arbeider på anlegget. Det skal uansett alltid benyttes vernesko og synlighetstøy inne på anlegget.
  • Ved hendelser eller oppdagelse av forhold som kan medføre fare for HMS, følger hver enkelt sin selskapsinterne varslings og meldingsrutiner, i tillegg til varsling beskrevet i varslingsplan på HMS-tavla.
  • Anleggsplassen skal holdes ren og ryddig.
  • Regionale og nasjonale smittevernråd skal følges om ikke det blir kunngjort spesielle krav på anlegget.
  • Alle arbeider skal risiko vurderes både i prosjekteringsfasen og før utføring starter, dette skal dokumenters. For utførelse av jobber med restrisiko skal det før arbeidet starter utføres sikker jobbanalyse- SJA. Denne skal dokumenteres ihht til egen bedrifts interne rutiner, samt sendes byggherre på avtalt vis. Dette for å kunne koordinere med tilstøtende jobber eller aktører på anlegget.

Brudd på sikkerhetsreglene kan medføre advarsler eller bortvisning fra byggeplassen.

  • This is to inform you about the rules of conduct that apply at the building/construction site.
  • The construction site must be a safe and secure place, and everyone must take care about safety both for themselves and others. Everyone must contribute to prevent accidents and health damage, as well as contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.

HSE Aunfoss Substation

The HSE center for the construction site is in container near the building. In the HSE center you will find a HSE board with key information. The board is updated by the Construction client (Byggherren) and everyone is obliged to familiarize themselves with and follow the information described on the board. In the HSE Center there is also a terminal for registration, first aid equipment and defibrillators.

In addition to relevant laws and regulations, the following rules apply at this construction site:

  • Everyone staying at the facility must be electronically registered via the facility terminal. This is done via a card reader with an HSE card or with an app on your mobile phone.
  • Parking only in designated places according to the rig plan. When parking, always back! Exceptions when loading and unloading tools and equipment.
  • At all times we must use our personal protective equipment according to the work we are doing. In any case, safety shoes and visibility clothing must always be used inside the facility.
  • In the event of incidents, or discovery of conditions, that may pose a risk to HSE, everyone must follow their company's internal notification and notification routines, in addition to notification described in the notification plan on the HSE board.
  • The construction site must be kept clean and tidy.
  • Regional and national infection control councils must be followed, and if needed there will be announced special rules for the construction site.
  • All work must be risk assessed both in the project planning phase and before execution. This must be documented. For the execution of jobs with residual risk, a secure job analysis (SJA) must be performed before the work starts. The SJA must be documented in accordance with your company's internal routines and sent to the construction client in the agreed manner. This is to be able to coordinate with adjacent jobs or actors at the facility.

Violation of safety rules may result in warnings or expulsion from the construction site.
